1. Using NearPark
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, and any information you provide — including for identity verification — must be accurate and truthful.
2. Hosts and listings
As a host, you confirm you have the right to offer the parking spot you list, and that its description (location, dimensions, availability) is accurate. NearPark is a marketplace connecting hosts and drivers — we are not a party to the parking arrangement itself.
3. Bookings and payments
When a driver books a spot, payment is collected in-app via Stripe and held until the booking is confirmed. NearPark takes a service fee from each booking; hosts receive their earnings after a short holding period, as described in the app.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how far in advance a booking is cancelled, as shown at the time of booking. NearPark reserves the right to review and resolve disputes between hosts and drivers at its discretion.
5. Conduct and enforcement
We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform — including fraudulent listings, bookings, reviews, or payment activity.
6. Limitation of liability
NearPark facilitates connections between hosts and drivers but is not responsible for damage, loss, or disputes arising from the physical use of a parking spot or vehicle. Use the platform at your own discretion and judgment.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of NearPark after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
